FEA provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage engineering design services for the design and development of this $4.3 billion luxury resort with a 110,000 SF casino, 3,500 Guest rooms, luxury suites, villas and penthouses in two resort towers, and more.

The Circa Resort is Downtown Las Vegas’ first ground-up resort development since 1980. This property has a 27-story high-rise, 777-room hotel tower and two-level casino, as well as the largest multi-level stadium-style race and sportsbook.

FEA provided full design services for the $200M revamp, including a new 25,000 square foot convention center and new hotel tower, of the Hotel Del Coronado, one of the most infamous properties on the west coast.

FEA provided complete engineering design and execution on the four-level, 105,000 square foot facility, which includes 108 climate-controlled hitting bays, two pools, five unique bars, VIP cabanas and a private suite, private meeting rooms, and event spaces.

The Cosmopolitan is the first of the urban-style casino, retail, hotel/condominium high-rise properties to be constructed in Las Vegas on a small footprint. FEA provided full engineering services for the resort as this world class property evolves.

Developed in collaboration with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe, Ilani is the premier gaming, dining, entertainment and meeting destination in the Pacific Northwest. FEA provided the full MEP-LV, lighting and fire protection engineering design services for the casino, a 250-room hotel and 2,000-car parking garage.

The UNLV Mendenhall Center Practice Facility is a three-level, 35,000 square foot facility, and is considered one of the best of its kind in the nation. FEA’s design included two full-sized practice courts, a training area, weight room, a film room (theatre) and study space.

Tivoli Village is a mixed-use development center consisting of retail and office space, located on 28.43 acres of land. Tivoli features carefully curated retailers, services, dining options and is home to several high-end office tenants.
